Have professional career from Nigeria Institutions of Estate Surveyor and Valuer(NIESV) with registration number M06261 and also, Registered Surveyor with ESVARBON, that is, Estate Surveyor and Valuer Registration Board Of Nigeria with the seal number A5635. Has about 15 years experience in industry. He’s the principal partner of Wale Isarinde & Associates, Real Estate Consultant. Married and blessed with children.

Jide Onasile

a seasoned Estate Surveyor & Valuer who has over 17 [seventeen] years cumulative experience in estate surveying and valuation profession; he has vast experience in Assets, Plant & Machinery, Air Crafts, Gas Tank/Vessels, Fiber Optic and Infrastructural Valuations. He also has wealth of experience in Project Management, Property & Facilities Management.

He bagged Higher National Degree in Estate Management from Osun State College of Technology, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University and Masters in Housing Development & Management at the Prestigious University of Ibadan in 2007, 2020 and 2024 respectively.

He is registered with International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Nigeria, Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV), International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Chartered Institute of Auctioneering (CIAN), African Real Estate Society (AFRES), etc.
